There is more to maintaining a piano than just tuning. On a first visit tuning I also look at the action, the soundboard, bridges, and adjust the pedals etc. I also make an assessment of the pianos overall condition.

By servicing the whole piano minor problems can be addressed before they turn into costly repairs.
